Jane
Mittelsteadt, DVM
A native of Wisconsin, Dr. Mittelsteadt graduated in 1988
from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, School of Veterinary
Medicine. After graduation, she worked 5 years at a small
animal veterinary hospital in Southeastern Wisconsin. Thereafter,
she gained experience in emergency medicine while practicing
for 3 years at a veterinary emergency and referral center
in Waukesha, Wisconsin.
Pursuing
her interest in alternative veterinary medicine, Dr. Mittelsteadt
received a Certificate of Veterinary Acupuncture from the
University of Colorado-Fort Collins in 2004. She is currently
completing veterinary herbology courses from the Chi Institute.
Relocating
to Bozeman, Montana, in 2006, she practiced small animal medicine
at a local veterinary hospital while building her holistic
practice. In September 2009, she purchased 360 Pet Medical,
with the vision of creating an integrative veterinary hospital—one
which not only provides the most current technology and medical
techniques, but which also offers a holistic approach through
such services as acupuncture and herbology.
Dr.
Mittelsteadt, along with her husband and 2 children, enjoy
all the activities that Southwest Montana has to offer: camping,
hiking and skiing. They also enjoy spending time with their
own menagerie of furry family members.

working on federal and state wildlife projects in Montana.
In

her horses, French Bulldog, Petunia, and Jack Russell, Gwen.
Ruth Stafford, VMD
A native of upstate New York, Dr. Stafford earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from Tufts University in 1981. Upon graduation she lived and worked abroad where she had a variety of work experiences that inspired her to become a veterinarian.
After graduating from University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1989, Dr. Stafford worked in diverse settings, from rural Idaho to downtown Chicago. Drawn to Montana by the abundant outdoor activities, the straight talking natives and the wholesome quality of life, she and her husband moved to Bozeman in 1997.
Dr. Stafford is devoted to promoting the powerful human-animal bond and the special relationship that exists between people and their pets. Her professional interests include internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry and senior wellness care and she has more than twenty years of clinical experience.
Outside of work Dr. Stafford loves spending time with her husband, two children and two Wire Haired Fox Terriers, as well as her growing herd of pack goats.
Beth Kringlie, Office Manager
A native of North Dakota, Beth’s path to a veterinary
hospital was convoluted. She graduated from Concordia College
in Moorhead, MN, in 1992 with a BA in English and French.
From there, she went on to earn a Masters in International
Policy Studies from the Monterey Institute of International
Studies in Monterey, California, with the hopes of pursuing
a career in the Foreign Service.
For
10 years, she worked for Ann Taylor, an upscale specialty
women’s retailer, in New Jersey, California, Houston
and Minneapolis. When the lifestyle conflicted with motherhood,
she relocated to Bozeman, looking to improve the quality of
life for both herself and her son. She has managed veterinary
practices in Bozeman for 5 years and was also integral in
creating 360 Pet Medical.
Her
life outside of work is spent keeping up with the activities
of her son and two step-children. She and her husband are
always looking to sneak out for quiet time alone, which is
rare. The family enjoys time together camping, skiing, dining
out and watching their Minnesota Vikings. They are the proud
owners of two kitties, “Isabel” and “Dash”.
Genettie
Nix, Veterinary Technician
Born and raised in Indiana, Genettie moved to Montana in the
spring of 2005 to enjoy the outdoor lifestyle of the Rocky
Mountains. A graduate of Ball State University, she is completing
courses in Veterinary Technology from Purdue University via
their Distance Learning Program. She has worked as a veterinary
technician in Bozeman for 5 years and was integral in helping
to create 360 Pet Medical.
Outside
of work, Genettie likes to spend her free time hiking, mountain
biking, horseback riding, camping, snowshoeing, or skiing.
If you see her out on a trail, she’s sure to be accompanied
by her Australian Shepherd, Indy. Sadly, her cat, Bugsy, stays
behind at home. Genettie is also active in the community as
a CAP Mentor with Thrive and as a volunteer member of the
Gallatin Valley Land Trust. She thoroughly enjoys her clients
and patients, so much so that much of her “spare”
time is spent pet and house-sitting for them!

and raised in North Dakota, Alicia attended NDSU and obtained
a BS in Veterinary Technology. After graduating in May 2005,

Ben, and her two cats, Libby and Bobbi.
Sarah Abbott, Certified Veterinary Technologist
Also a native of North Dakota, Sarah graduated from NDSU with
a Bachelor of Science in Veterinary Technology and a Business
Minor. Sarah moved to Bozeman in January 2002. She had the

management, orthopedics and canine rehabilitation. She joined
360 Pet Medical in November 2010.
When
Sarah is not at work, she spends some of her free time house

been a huge part of her life. Currently, she spoils her two
“feline boys”, Xander and Riddick. |
